Meet Sara Prince
Personal and Practical Planning
Hello! Iām Sara.
I am a certified ADHD and ICF Coach and I believe in creating meaningful outcomes by building self-awareness, regardless of diagnosis
I envision a world where people, with or without ADHD or other diagnosed conditions, experience fulfillment in their homes, schools, and workplaces because they know themselves and what they need in every environment.
ADHD and autism are in my family. I know that schools, workplaces, and social settings can sometimes be intimidating, confusing, or exhausting for people with ADHD and related issues. In coaching, we learn how unique strengths, preferences, and challenges affect us.
With a deeper understanding of the issues that ADHD or other conditions might cause, we can make more informed choices that serve and support us in our various environments. As we explore possibilities and design the best next steps with a clearer purpose in mind, we notice and keep track of what works, celebrate what goes well, and release what is not helpful.
Coaching is about listening, trusting the process, and knowing that change looks different for everyone. We begin wherever you are right now. You are ready.

Coaches are partners, not pilots!
Coaching outcomes are the result of conversations we have together. They are informed by your ideas and your input at every bend and turn. Outcomes are not scheduled, guaranteed destinations.
What you decide to do with the information from our conversations is up to you.
