Don't Change Yourself. Know Yourself.
Sara Prince, M.Ed., PCAC, PCC
ADHD & Executive Skills Coach + Consultant
I’m Sara Prince – here is my story.
My interest in disabilities began with my own autistic son. When life took this unexpected turn, I returned to graduate school for a master’s degree in special education and went on to spend more than fifteen years working in both public and private schools before eventually stepping out to start my coaching practice.
I am a parent and a teacher with extensive ADHD individual and family coach training. This unique perspective gives me a blend of skills, insight, and compassion that I try to bring to every conversation. I am committed to helping people recognize their strengths and identify any support that allows them to live meaningful lives.
This is my passion and it’s also personal. I was diagnosed as an adult with ADHD. I get it.
I truly believe that ADHD and autism simply ask us to know ourselves well enough to recognize what we need to make our own choices. This is possible for all of us.
I hold an M.Ed. in Special Education from Virginia Commonwealth University and a B.A. from Vassar College. I’m certified through ICF (PCC) and PAAC, and I’ve recently joined the faculty of the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA).
