Don't Change Yourself. Know Yourself.
Sara Prince, M.Ed., PCAC, PCC
ADHD & Executive Skills Coach + Consultant
I’m Sara Prince – here is my story.
My interest in disabilities began with my own child’s diagnosis. When life took this unexpected turn, I returned to graduate school for a master’s degree in special education and went on to spend more than fifteen years working in both public and private schools before eventually stepping out to start my coaching practice.
I am a parent and a teacher with extensive ADHD individual and family coach training. This unique perspective gives me a blend of skills, insight, and compassion that I try to bring to every conversation. I am committed to helping people recognize their strengths and identify any support that allows them to live meaningful lives.
This is my passion and it’s also personal. I was diagnosed as an adult with ADHD. I get it.
I truly believe that ADHD and related diagnoses affecting executive functions simply require us to know ourselves. We’ll then know what we need to make our best choices.
I hold an M.Ed. in Special Education from Virginia Commonwealth University and a B.A. from Vassar College. I’m certified through ICF (PCC) and PAAC, and I’ve recently joined the faculty of the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA).
