Meet Sara Prince
Personal and Practical Planning
Hello! I’m Sara.
I know that schools, employment and social settings can be intimidating, confusing, or exhausting for people with ADHD and related diagnoses.
ADHD and autism are in my family. We celebrate positive gains daily, and it is a process. Coaching is about trusting the process and understanding that meaningful change looks different for everyone.
I want that change for you and I will support you as you discover what works.
I envision a world where people, with or without ADHD or other diagnosed conditions, can have fulfilling experiences in their homes, schools, and workplaces – where they know themselves and what they need in every environment.
Through coaching we will help you clarify your best path forward, and we will begin wherever you are right now. You are ready.

Coaches are partners, not pilots!
Coaching outcomes are the result of conversations we have together. They are informed by your ideas and your input at every bend and turn. Outcomes are not scheduled, guaranteed destinations.
What you decide to do with the information from our conversations is up to you.
