Meet Sara Prince
Personal and Practical Planning
I am committed to fostering understanding and helping every individual find a place to thrive.
I’m Sara, a certified ADHD coach and an ICF-credentialed life coach. My passion is helping people live more fulfilling lives by building self-awareness and embracing their strengths.
My connection to ADHD and autism is personal. When my youngest child was diagnosed with autism, I gained a deeper understanding of the unique challenges these experiences bring. Since then, I’ve worked in a variety of educational roles — as a volunteer, paraprofessional, special education teacher, and secondary school learning specialist — and now, I focus on coaching ADHD and executive function skills.
From both my professional and personal experiences, I’ve seen how ADHD impacts every aspect of life — from school and work to family and social interactions. I’ve also learned that with the right support, clear expectations, and a focus on progress (not perfection), wellbeing is absolutely possible.
In coaching, we start with you — your strengths, your interests, and your needs. Together, we’ll create practical strategies that help you navigate life’s challenges with more clarity, confidence, and purpose.
When you understand your ADHD, you can approach life with more confidence, knowing how to handle its demands. We’ll focus on what works for you, helping you feel empowered to make choices that align with your values, interests, and abilities. The more you understand, the more you can grow.
We’ll explore options, break things down into actionable steps, and develop systems that actually work for you. Along the way, we’ll celebrate what’s effective and adjust when needed.
Why do I feel confident in supporting you? Because I get it — I have ADHD too.

Coaches are partners, not pilots!
Coaching is a collaborative process, shaped by the conversations we have together. Every step is informed by your insights, ideas, and input—because this is your path, not a predetermined destination with guaranteed outcomes.
The choices you make and the actions you take based on our conversations are entirely yours to decide.
In this process, you are the map!
