Fulfillment Policy

• Clients will receive a full refund for payment if they have not signed a coaching agreement.
• Client and Coach agree on time and location of coaching through Sara Prince Coaching portal signup unless otherwise specified in coaching agreement.
• Refunds will be made via method of payment.
• There are no refunds unless a coaching package is unused.  
• Client must provide 24 hour notice to Coach or pay for missed session (not emergency or illness.)
